Girl Up DCAC is a student-led club under the Girl Up Campaign. Views expressed here are our own and do not represent that of the Girl Up Campaign or the United Nations Foundation. We believe in the potential, often unexplored, that each and every girl has. We believe in the power to bring change in the world with our movement to promote girl’s competence, rights and opportunities to own the light and lead. Every girl has boundless potential with which she can make her dreams come true, make her voice heard and build a life for herself. Our Global Movement focuses on making an impact. Girl Up leadership development programs have impacted 85,500 girls through 4,500 Clubs in nearly 125 countries and all 50 U.S. States. We are inspiring a whole generation of girls to be an unstoppable force of gender equality and social change. It doesn’t have to stop here.Be a part of the impact.

Objectives of Girl Up DCAC
Advocacy
: Girl Up is an initiative that was commenced, upheldand backed by United Nations Foundation. It works with an aim of achieving a sustainable and 100% gender-neutral society and aims of contributing its part towards achieving the organizational goals.
Expansion
: Girl Up DCAC is willing to undertake more issues and bring change in the society and broaden our base and reach.

Growth for all
: The team has a common belief that everyone should have the opportunity to learn and grow. With the collective efforts of the members, GU DCAC intends to mobilize the benefits of all activities to reach the maximum number of people.
Engagement through diverse modes
: The club plans to carry out activities in all different areas, such as outreach programs, fundraising, seminars and group discussions. We encourage people to be a part of these activities.
